Gathering an army.

Sometime in the near future... Time Trapper has screwed up my world, there's no way I’m taking this lying down. Seems now instead of Black Zero ruling the world it's now Doc Doom. He's unraveling all of my work. I need an army first is to claim the one of my birth right, the League of Assassins. But first I've decided to meet with the current leader Damian Wayne. We meet at the Batcave. And of course Grandpa is there. “What do you want CAIN?" “Nice to see you too Grandpa." I snort. Another voice demands “You do not call him that Cassandra Cain is not his daughter!" I smirk. “Hello Damien. Remember what happened last time you told mom that? Besides you only want to say that because if your affair with Dick Grayson's daughter Night star." I still remember when I was a kid and caught the two of them gross. “Fine what do you want Cain?" He rubs his arm, remembering mom twisting it. “I want my faction of the LOA Uncle. As is my right." “Fine. They have been troublesome anyway waiting for your return is this all?" “For now." I ask. “No. She's been in a sleeping beauty spell for years, and since Galen Vanished, and without him no one can wake her up." I grin "Maybe, maybe not. Let me find someone." My ki sense have always had troubles with Flashes, I think it's something to do with the Speed Force. That and Bat's and Thad's Ki are very similar. We're confronted by Green Arrow Aka Connor Hawke he always had a thing for my mother. I land on the capital planet, before I can get to the Castle; I'm jumped by a guy that looks like my Uncle Mirai. “You little idiot you really thought you'd beat the Time Trapper. He sent me to finish you!" “You’re that Lantern Construct that thinks it’s my Uncle! Die” I try everything I know I hit him several times with lethal force it does nothing something's protecting him. He knocks me down and is about to kill me, when a Green creature slams into him and Aunt Vella Goes after him. “Leave my nephew alone freak!" “Vella do you think you're will is stronger than the power of the Time Trapper?" She smirks. “I’m a saiyan I don't just need my will, but I'm not the little girl you fought last time!" I don't know Vella May have a shot but if I remember something from Jon the Interglactic Gladiator's kid's show it's that bad guys keep imoprtant devices in thier belts. I throw a shuriken, and it breaks this device on his belt, “You fool! I'll be thrown back into the fourth dimension arrrgh!" Aunt Vella looks at me after the construct vanishes." I'm sorry Vella but I need to see grandmother." She grins wide. “No need for that Bruce your family you are always welcome here, Dad has said that many times lets go see mom." Some black haired kid about a year old runs up k well more waddles to Vella and clamps on to her leg. "Who's that?" I question. "This is Todd, Todd meet your cousin Bruce." "Todd?" Continued from here, here and here... Justice and I had went to Hectis... We encountered a strange creature. With Justice powers, she was able to subdue him and learned he was being used... The Corru had it's family. Shiara and I accompanied Justice... The Corru was seriously over confidant and we were able to help P'tka and his family. Seeing Justice on Hectis boosted the rebels self esteem. I was sitting on a beach with Justice in my arms when I received and urgent message... It was the Excalibur, they were broadcasting hazardously in any way they could. It would seem Capitan Gideon was desperate to contact me. It also seemed that the ship and mission were in danger. "Justice, I have to go.." I whispered... She nodded, "I know I saw it in your eyes..." We traveled on my ship back to Vampi's mansion... I carried Justice asleep past the labyrinth below Vampi's mansion. I laid Justice in the center of the Labyrinth, what was the fighting room normally used by Vampi and Mirai.. I casted a spell... The Sleeping Beauty spell... Justice would remain asleep until she is awaken by a kiss... A garden of thorny roses filled the labyrinth and seal Justice in... Vampi looked at me and I smiled, "She will sleep and no one can get to her. If by any chance someone does they will not be able to awake her. Only.." "the kiss of one's true love, I know the story Galen." Vampi stated... I smiled, "Well a person can actually have several true loves. Only someone Justice loves and cares about and feels the same for her can break the spell... If someone enters the Labyrinth and she doesn't love him and he doesn't love her, Justice will vanish when they get close and be relocated somewhere else in the Labyrinth. There will also be holo demons protecting her. This way I do not have to worry about her, while I am gone. If evil Mirai comes after her he will not be able to find her." As much as I wanted to I could not kiss Justice goodbye, I would have to save it when I returned. Shiara and I left for my time and Universe... "Galen The Excalibur." Shiara announced. I entered and saw my old friend sitting going over scouting reports... I clapped my hands and rubbed them together, smiling to hide my confusion, "So what is the emergency?" "Galen what are you talking about?" Matthew queried My face fell in a grimace, "You sent a distress call.." "I did?" The was quickly becoming frustrating, "Galen I don't know who pulled one on you but... I sent no distress call.." Something in my gut was telling me this was bad... Very bad... "Matthew I must go.." I said turning on my heels quickly "Go? you just got here." I heard him call out to me and them sigh, "technomages.." I and Shiara boarded my ship quickly... "Galen what is wrong?" I said nothing... I tried again to reenter and then hung my head, "We can not return to the other Universe and time... Something very strong and very powerful... Definitely Shadow tech is blocking our access." Arkham Asylum: The near future. They expected me to come in blasting, like my grandfather the king of all saiyans Vegeta. They forgot I'm not only the son of Vince Briefs, but also I'm the son of the second Batgirl Cassandra Cain. While I have saiyan blood I have even more assassin blood. I sneak through the Asylum knocking out the regular guard staff, they are not at fault. They are doing a good thing here keeping in the insane freaks my uncle the New Batman captures. I wonder if Terry knows he's carrying the Wayne blood in him. Man I can't wait to tell Damien. Yes I leave the guards alive but anyone I find wearing the Time Trapper's symbol I slit their throats. That's what you get for kidnapping my Vendetta. I finally find the main computer. It's pretty easy to hack. Now where is she? I look up Vendetta, Okay they don't use codenames to id their prisoners. Okay let's try her real name Gwyneth Brown. Nothing... odd I try the last name Drake on a hunch. Nope damn where do they have her? Then I slap my forehead of course Gwyneth Cain-Briefs. The founder of the Children of Cain, You will live several lifetimes and never age your children will not be so lucky since they will have too much human DNA." “You know Trapper you've screwed with me and taken my mate I think I should kill you." He gestures at me and I feel a Techno magic blast knocks me back. It reminds me of when I was a kid and would bounce around Aunt Justice's living room and Uncle Galen would give me a techno magic swat to get me to shut up. “Yes you recognize the power don't you?" The Trapper says I realize I can't read his body language his not a techno mage then my mind goes over what Galen said about shadow... they alwys ask... “What do you want?" I ask. “You broke time and ushered in all these changes, Earth should have been conquered, you stopped that from happening Galen was supposed to die you stopped that. The teen Titans were supposed to become monsters you stopped that. I'm going to put that back the way it was supposed to go, I'm going to end the age of heroes long before it leads to the Legion of Superheroes. The Shadow Trapper

“Indeed." A small grin comes to my lips as I allow my tech to become empower and prepare to use the spell of destruction, "Fool! My hands are no longer tied. I may have held back to protect Justice from being emotionally hurt by me harming her father but you.. You are an Imposture and now you will pay greatly." Stormcutter flies before me and Mirai yells, "No! Don't use that spell.. Hurt him, defeat him but do not kill him. I do not have time to explain." "Very well, I spat! But you would be surprised what the body can actually live through. Even a half Sayian body!" --- I fought beside Justice's true father and together we were weakening this impostor, I tried to restrain myself but this impostor Mirai kept taunting me... Then he throws a dead infant at my feet. "I cut this out of Justice..." He laughs as I stared down in horror. This life that had not been given a chance, he had my eyes from the cornor of my eye I saw Mirai eyes widen as he sees his potential grandson murdered.... "Forgive me Mirai but this man can not be allowed to continue!" "YES GALEN! DO IT! Give into Chaos!" the evil Mirai laughed again... As the spell build around him I watched and saw him standing there unaffected. Then he opened a portal near him and sliped the spell of destruction off and reflected it to ... Oh my god.. it was Justice pregnant in another dimension... I watched in horror as my spell of destruction destroyed her... Only once I had seen this happen.. I crumbled falling to my knees as I remembered that horrible day... I went after the technomages who were responsible for killing Isabel, betraying my order and who had joined the shadows. I had the circle's blessing but I was going for revenge... I killed Tilar and then Elizar's sister Razeel. I was inside Z'ha'dum, home world of the Shadows and surrounded by Shadows.. I had discovered the horrible truth of how our tech was made... When I used the Spell of destruction on him Elizar, he slipped it off and redirected it to others around him... He said the Shadows had taught him how... It was the only counter-defense against the spell of destruction. "Get up! Galen use it!" Mirai , Justice's father was yelling at me... This time when I looked at the impostor I saw it... I saw it on Morden. When a Shadow has you, you are their puppet and there is always a string. The string that had given this evil Mirai power was coming from the trapper... I nodded in the direction and good Mirai looked... "That must be the time trapper!" He says I look and in my head I hear a scream and see... "He's a shadow!" I yell "Actually I am many thing in many different times. In your verse I took the form of a shadow, no... the Shadow.. the one that started the war with the Vorlons. The one that was the embodiment of Choas." the Time trapper declared... "Even the other Shadows didn't understand me, I was ... different." "Destroy them and bring me the tech of the technomage!" He roared just as another scream filled our ears.. Overhead a shadow vessel appeared from a portal and the time trapper disappeared into it and then flew away... "Are you ready to die!" Mirai impostor smirks... I smirk back, "NO but I am ready to end this!" I channel all my power to Mirai, Justice's father.. together with Stormcutter and his sayian abilities... He should have the power to defeat the impostor.. I just have to keep channeling my power to him and transferring his injuries to me... Getting back in the game

Damn it after grandpa, and his kid Terry took me down I was captured by some evil looking version of my uncle Mirai, and a bunch of goons that that said they were working with the Time Trapper. Now that's a name I haven't heard since I was a teenager, He's supposed to kind of a boogey man for Time travelers. I had no idea the guy was real. Or maybe he's not. It could be some loon taking the name. Next thing I know I'm awake in a room decorated with West City Warriors memorabilia. Ever had Deja Vu? Yeah this is what I had here. I put my self on guard I have no weapons and have no idea where I am. I walk out and see this in the hall. Weird a picture of my mom and dad at about twentyish. Probably right before Mom had Barbra. Okay someone here knows who my parents are I sense a ki and follow it I look outside the window and see a bunch of people training in martial arts, Cain Style. Of course they're not as good as me or my sister who've been training since we could walk, but still not bad. Well that and me and sis was trained in Vegeta and Goku's styles. I stop contemplating this and go towards the ki I sensed. I'm shocked by what I see “Hello Son." "Mom? You're young? How? " A voice behind me laughs. “Don’t ask her that. She won't tell you though I think that Pervert Master Roshi gave her whatever it is that keeps him alive, and that had better be all he gave her." I turn and well it's weird seeing your dead father okay I saw him as a teenager not long ago but still as a grown man as I remembered him as a kid. I just stared slack jawed. “Hey Brat! All the sudden I see Galen freak out and unleash the Spell of Destruction and the evil Mirai Just stands in it laughing. “Babs! That can't be I mean that would kill him. What the Hell?" “Well that's what the time trapper can do he somehow deflected off of Dark Mirai or something I don't know but it looks like those rumors about the Trapper being the living embodiment of Entropy are correct." “Maybe, maybe not but well if I'm responsible for letting him out I'm putting back where he came from!" I declare. “Bruce you can't even put a scratch on his servant, much less him." I smile “I’m the One who is all I can do anything." “Sigh. Well if you want to kill yourself go for it, and after you fail I'll get the JLA to help take him down." I offer her my hand we can take him together the Cain siblings fighting side by side once again." “No Bruce you kill without mercy. I can't be a part of the blood bath you're going to start. There is no greater power than the power of love

Justice has been in a lot of pain. I have become weakened with the constant feeding her organelles from my own body and using my powers to heal ... Or to try to heal... Justice ran away and I panicked... Luckily I traced the bracelet I gave her. I found her with someone named Joe Fix-it. I haven't been able to figure out why I thought I saw Isabel when I looked at one of Justice's souls, but it doesn't matter. Joe Fix-it left for some mission and returned later that day, well actually it was night. Justice was resting and I had my hands on her back feeding her organelles as I gave her a massage. I hear a commotion past the door. I know it has to be Justice's Dad. This is certainly not a good time, like someone who has lost a lot of blood I am weak, but since when do these things happen at a good time. I cast a shield around Justice and turn as Mirai enters. He laughs as I stand between him and Justice, "Please I’ve killed you twice already. And one of those times I slaughtered your children in front of you. The power Time Trapper has given me makes me more than a techno mage can even hope to defeat.“ I refuse to believe him and attack him. I could end this quickly by just casting the Spell of Destruction but then I would hurt Justice. I can not destroy her father in front of her... but I can not allow him to harm her either... If he did do the things he said then they were in alternate Universes where I had not learn the Spell of Destruction or had freed my tech. For I know I would have used the spell before allowing him to murder my children. However with my weakened state I am unable to fight him as I would... I fall to my knees in pain. As he spits blood from his mouth I hear Justice crying out to her father and him say horrid things to her. Then he dared spoke of Isabel and that Justice has Isabel's soul. My tech starts burning wanting to use my most powerful spells and the spell of destruction. I become fevered from its powering up and sweat pours down my face. The air encircling me heats up but I stifle it. I can not use the spell of destruction, I must control my rage. Suddenly I think I am seeing double... “Get up magician!" good Mirai yells I yell back, “I am not a magician! I'm a technomage!" “Potahto, potAto." He smirks “You want to prove your worth to me as a suitor for my little princess? Then get on your feet and fight besides me help me protect her and I'll accept you." He challenges I stand to face the imposture whom laughs “You two idiots? I'll tear you to pieces!" “Hmph." Miari responds, “Your new power maybe able to defeat one of us but I truly doubt you can stop both of us." Mirai sends Justice away. I thought I was doing right by Justice by leaving. I thought I was protecting her... The Excalibur as always was glad to see me... Though my mind was elsewhere... I was being summoned to return...
