Between my job/career and taking care of my wife Karen, I have been busy. I had made Captain... Misfortune has befallen on my family... Mirai is dead... I attended the funeral but as normal I can not stay... Though Karen has gotten better, she still has days when she doesn't look well. Today HS, Justice and some protector for her came to visit, "He stole my brother's body?" Just then my pager went off... "I have to go.. Stay here with your Aunt please.." I entered the building and grabbed my gear... "Come on let's load up.." I waited for my partner... "Okay let's go get the bad guys.." I briefed everyone about the bank robbery and all went as it should... Bad guys 0 good guys 1 While everyone was loading and head home I spoke to my partner, "Bruce Cain... He took Mirai's body." With a glance I could my partner knew where I was going so we didn't say another word... Once we were off duty he and I went down to Crime Alley Bar... Apparently Vampi had been there already... "Looks like my sister-in-law has been taking names." I point around... I walk in and over to Buzz the Bartender, "Where is he!" Buzz stuttered, "dead, killed by the Question." "BULLSHIT!" I grab Buzz, "Where... Is... He...." "I am just the bartender, I have a clean record..." the moron mumbles "Morning Officer, something I can do for you?" Black Plague walks from the shadows I nod to my partner, "watch my back." Following The Black Plague we entered his office, Ash and Bulletbrain walk in behind me. "I heard you arranged for their escape..." I state.. "The Prodigal son returns, my how have we fallen... " He sneers "I could say the same for you... Rumor has it that that Terminator bitch has all your old henchmen.... " I fold my arms "Not for long, I will soon be making quite the comeback..." He takes a drink of whiskey. I bend down on his desk to sneer in his face, "Let me guess.. A new right arm? Bruce Cain?" "My oh my we aren't jealous are we? Well, wrong crime boss... He isn't one of mine, not that it wouldn't be nice..." "Where is he?" I demand "Now cain you know we have codes... I am not rat, I don't talk to the Police, so go ... You aren't wanted here!" He drinks some whiskey... I walk to the door, "I will be spending more time here. You tell Mr Cain that I want to talk. As for you, we will be coming back for you and your gang." I go home and say goodbye to the kids, then when it is just Karen and me I carry her to bed... I think my partner is right, If I am going after Cain or Plague (well actually I am going after both) I should protect Karen... So first thing the next morning, I sent her to Dad's and Bulma's ... I get to the station and I am told I have another partner... (a trio now?) "Goku? what are you doing here? Your not a police officer..."

JUST MARRIED: A Valentine's wedding

And straggling in behind them Goten Bra hugs me, "Oh you are getting married…" Goten walks over and shakes my hand, "How are you feeling? Miari and I have the car parked with the engine on in case you want to bolt…" Bra punches Goten teasingly…. Hot stuff walks over… "You look nervous Uncle.." I nod.. "I am and I don't even know why…" Then I look over and see our wedding planner… "Although maybe I should be nervous.." Vampi walked over and took Miari's arm… "Karen looks beautiful…" I couldnt seee her but I could imagine.. I smile.. Dad walks in, in his Sayian armor…. "Cabain, Let's get on with it before I kill Mr. Bean" I walked out to the hall over looking the beach… The sun was shining… Dad walked past the West City Swat team dressed in Dress uniforms lined at each side in attention… As Goten, Vampi and Vincent took their seats Goku and Chi-Chi stood an reached over to shake my hand… Videl was filming… Gohan was standing in as the father of the bride… HS took a seat next to Vincent…I had wanted both of them to be a part of this so they would feel left out but how many best men could I have… So I let Vincent and HS do my bachelor Party… I will just say never let teen boys throw a party for you.. (I hope Karen never finds out because though I did nothing to be a shamed of… After tricking me and using my own handcuffs on me as they wheeled in the cake …. Let's say the pictures tell another story…) Miari and Trunks followed behind dad and I behind them…. I saw Trunks signal to Vince and Vincent get up…. I wasn't sure what was going on but all three of my brothers were up to something….. They had stressed at the rehearsal (which because of the race father missed) that they didn't like Mr. Bean… (join the crowd)…. After the bachelor party I wasn't sure about these three… Vella and Justice came out in cute dresses laying down on the carpet that was in the hall overlooking the beach sand rose petals… Mr. Bean started to play an organ and I began to wince… Suddenly Vincent tackled him and nodded to the chairs… A man stood and started to sing in a nice soul music sound (Karen loves Jazz, soul and R&B) …. During the reception, Miari had a lot to drink….. "I am so Happy for you brother.." Overall it was nice, of course Dad left Logan at the pit-stop…. As Karen and I danced she whispered, "Is Officer Dragon married? Maybe we can introduce him to Krissy.." I sighed…. What is it with women ….. The wedding was nice there were moments, The Black Plague showed up and Mr Bean... That is why the faces in this picture The limousine pulled up and Miari, Trunks, HS, Goten, and Vincent decorated it with all kinds of stuff…. "Did you guys have fun?" I whispered at them…. "Now for a Romantic Valentine Honeymoon," Karen giggled pulling me into the limo…

Mr Bean is ... "THE WEDDING PLANNER"

I woke to find Karen sitting next to me.. I was in the Hospital… She was a sleep…. I pulled her into my bed… "If you wish to leave…" "No," She looked up… "I…" "I have never had any interest in Vampi….. I had wished I died for what happened and being so damned weak…" I sighed, "I never meant to hurt you.." She looked up and smiled tears in her eyes, "You dying would have done just that.." "What can I do to make up for it?" I asked… "A Valentine Day wedding.." She smiled…. "Okay..:" I say…. The nurse walks in and clears her throat, "This is a hospital not a hotel.." After I am release my Sister comes and sees me, "So glad to hear you're up… I got Karen's dress… " I smile, "Is Miari mad? He is still coming to the wedding?" Bra shook her head, "It wasn't Vampi… It was her sister and Miari will understand.." I needed to be sure so I went to see him at his job… "Agent Briefs there is a man from the west city Police to see you….." a cute blond said as she set a mug of coffee down… As Miari looked up I could see him from where I was standing but realized he couldn’t see me… As he stood to walk around where he could see I saw this other Agent caress his bicep and brushed up against him with her body……… He walked around seemingly annoyed…. "Hey Can we talk?" I was waiting for him to slug me but instead He ushered me into a conference room where we could be alone… It would take some time for me to get use to seeing my brother in a suit…. "She said West City Police I guess she can't tell between an LA cop and one of ours…" He grumbled closing the door…. I smiled, "Actually it was my fault… I was visiting the Chief of Police and he dropped me off.. He has asked me to transfer here to West Cities department… He has asked twice.." Miari shook his head, "What do you want Cabain.." "Two things… First about the whole sleeping…" I started…. But he held his hand up… "It wasn't Vampi… She was using her abilities to capture men's minds….." He shook his head as he pushed some filed on the table clearing away to sit down.. The Human females can't resist it…" I smirked.. then stop when I saw in Miari eyes I was looking too much like father… I left my brother and went to meet up with Karen and her sister… We had to pick out invitations….. And then asked if my father was a priest… I rolled my eyes After we left we visited with Bulma…. Karen is talking with her and then suddenly passes out…. Bulma and I rushed her to the emergency room…. Bulma has become to be like a mother to me and she sat smiling, "You know its okay.. I bet she comes in here bouncing up and down saying that she is pregnant.." "What?" I swallowed hard, "You think?" "I have heard it's in the HU water.." She smiled…. Just then the Dr came in…. "Mr Reaper Mrs. Briefs if you accompany me….." We were lead into the head doctor's office… he sighed as he sat…. I was waiting for him to say she is fine just pregnant.… "Mr Reaper… Your fiancée has cancer …. As you know we can treat it and hope that it goes into remission… It will…" I just sat as his words ran into each other … Bulma being a scientist understood the treatment…. Karen had already been informed that due to the cancer we wouldn't have any kids…. She could live a fulfilled life though if she ate right stayed healthy and keep up with the treatments.. Thought the treatments would be hard…. She would be dependent on me…. Bulma took my hand as the Doctor spoke….. The drive home was quiet and I put Karen to bed, so she could rest…. "She needs to be close to her family…" Bulma handed me a cup of coffee, "We are her family… You do not have to do this alone… Why not accept the transfer…. I and everyone here will help Karen through this…" I smiled, "thanks…." I called LA and explained that this transfer was what was best for Karen.. we would marry and live here near family…. I went into see the Chief of West City police, "Sorry to hear about your soon to be missus. We will be praying… Let me introduce you to your new Partner…"

A Mystery.....

"Lt. Cabain Reaper…. ?" The West City Detective smiled, "We heard a lot about you… You make LA SWAT team look like real heroes.." "Thanks." I said… "So what brings you to west City?" He asked…. Especially now… We have had several people come up missing…. Two teens.. The boy was 17 the girl 16…. Now 4 girl scouts….. No one has a clue.." He sighed as he sat down and rubbed his temples…. "I'm sorry why was you wanting to talk to me again?" "Old Sergeant Deeks is retiring sir.." I smirk, "We want to give him a surprise party and we understand you two were close.." "Man ol Bob is heading to sunny Florida huh…. Yeah we were buddies in the army… went into the academy together… Just leave the party arrangements to me.." He smiled and shook my hand…. Karen and I have spent a lot of time away from each other while she consoles her sister…. Joe breaks Krissy's heart every chance he can get…. I rang the bell as I was about to leave , Vampi drives up.. She smiles… Funny she smells of Trunks… Must be my imagination…. "Well, if it isn't my sister-in-law… Congratulations!" I smile and hug her…. She pulls me uncomfortable close to her…. "Come in…" She says in a sugared tone… "I was hoping to talk with Miari too.." I say looking around… "Miari is at work… Here have a drink he will be home shortly…" She hands me a glass…. The whole room became fuzzy…. I vaguely heard the doorbell… and Vampirella cuss and then all when black….

Monkey Monkey?

So the fight with the Alternate verse was done… Funny Dad turned into a monkey during a full moon… I don't remember this… Not at all…. Dad has been avoiding my sister because of her wedding and showing Brolly around… Trunks arranged a bachelor party and invited everyone but me.. No matter I am going to ask dad to help me… "Father, tell me more…" I inquired… My father rolled his eyes, "You have to have your tell." "I have always kept my tail… It is what makes me Sayian but I have no memory it is possible that some memories haven't returned ." I said… "but you're not sure." Father questioned… "No I am not." I scratched my head and goatee. I really think father hates it… "So, there is one way to find out…" He grinned and looked around… We were at some old drab building needing to be demolish… The city had run out of funds so they couldn’t tear down the rat-infested eye sore… Suddenly my father created a full moon…. "look at it… " He yelled… I looked at it and ….. and….. nothing happened… No giant monkey I did feel stronger then I remembered…. Most all my matches in Thailand when I would kill without mercy in the tournaments were under full moons… So it wasn't that my memories hadn't restored but that I have never transformed… I explained to father I did however get stronger but that was it.. I also told him I had pushed it from my mind because of all the people I killed in the blood fights… "We have to find out why!" my father explained… Bulma stuck me with I don't know how many needles and Goku passed out… After some time waiting I decided that I would not waste the time just sitting here.. I invited Dad, Miari and Goku for a guy's night of playing pool and having a few beers.. Since we were the ones not at the bachelor party it seemed a good idea… This also gave me a good opportunity to ask if Miari would be my best man at my wedding… "You might want to let Dad have some breathing space… " Miari said and I watched as him and Goku argued about Bra and Goten… Miari smiled, "I have something to ask you Cabain… How would you feel about coming to SHIELD?" "Thanks but I like SWAT." I smiled "If you were asked to come in… because of your abilities." He was fishing for something… "Sounds like you are asking me to register… I don't have a problem with it.. They way I see it is that I was evil and a criminal before… So those like me should by law have to.. but those who have created no crime should be left alone…" I took another swallow of my beer… and chased it with a shot of tequila… Miari spoke no more of the matter only that he wanted to discuss it more with me later… n After several drinks and shots, Dad insisted on going home to Bulma… He had a huge grin on his face… Goku was drunk and the three of us hit the town…. Wonder if Karen will mind we stopped into a tatoo place... Miari got one too... Goku said he wanted one but passed out when he saw the needle so Miari played a trick on him.... back in the armor again

I was in and out… I could hear bits and pieces to what was happening around me and what was happening to me… One-minute father was encouraging me to fight and live… the next minute I heard arguing… " What are you doing here?" That was father " Well little Cainy boy, is dying. " was that Bulma. " We just thought we'd help him along a bit." No something was off about her KI " Calm down or this anomaly gets it." She had something at my head, with my all my strength I willed myself to crush it…… As soon as I crushed it I was out but this time I was mad… I knew father was in danger… I fought hard.. I would stand next to him, even if it was the last thing I did… I turned my back on the image I saw and fought to live… I awoke screaming… the Dr working on me backed away as I pulled wires and tubes and pushed myself to Super Sayian… I found the real Bulma…. "Vegeta? No Cain..:" "Where is father?" I was back with all my memories and unfortunately some memories of this infatuation I had with Bulma… It is funny those feelings are still there but different. Now I feel almost like she is the mother I lost… Weird… Bulma points inside and I enter at first I think I am having double vision…. I raised to SS4… Rise and give a roar looking to catch my father's face…

[phone rings in the house of Bulma and Vegeta... "its the Dr in LA.. some of the Humans hit by the de aging ray have died.. they started to have problems..." Vegeta hangs up the phone...] I have been giving Bulma a hand whenever she needs… She is like a Goddess… Today I saw her bringing groceries in so I ran and took them from her… "I can get it for you Bulma…" I said… Then earlier she was trying to reach something on a shelf…. She smiled… I wasn't so sure.. a blind date… with someone I didn't know with the brother that couldn't stand me watching …. I went down stairs and Trunks yelled… "Will you come on we have to pick up the girls." First we picked up his date then Karen.. I looked at her and….. The world was spinning and I heard echo voices… "Oh My GOD Trunks he is having a seizure…" a woman voice screamed… "Mom, tell dad we are taking Cabain to the hospital," A male voice stated, "Hang in their bro.." The Pain was extreme… I wiped my nose and there were buckets of blood… "Cain hold on…" the woman voice called to me… "Come on brother, you can die on me.. I .. I was just actually starting to like you.." a male voice yelled in panic My head began to feel as if it was burning and going to exploded as images poured into my mind… "I need a DR! MY BROTHER IS!!!" I heard someone scream…. "Oh my god Trunks he is aging rapidly….." a woman's voice called as the room darkened… "Yeah this is normal… let's…. Stabilize… him…." The voices began to fade, "We are loosing him!" Suddenly my body became heavy, it was like holding on a weighted metal ball with your finger tips.. it would be so easy to let go… I was being lifted from the Heavy body… I saw something appearing before me beckoning me to let go…. Love at first sight

The toddler Cain runs out to the ice cream truck….. "I-cam, Dadee I-cam." The toddler yells Vegeta walks over and buys two one for the toddler and for him… He sits on a bench and watches Cain… In disbelief Vegeta sees the looser Yamacha, "so kid your Vegeta's brat huh. Give me that Ice cream." "MINE!" Cain yells… Yamacha laughs as he eats the ice cream, "You are a looser like your father." Vegeta then watches as Cain beats Yamacha to a pulp…… Before Vegeta can enjoy the moment, Brolly arrives……. ------- Okay, While everyone was fighting Brolly who I hate I grew from a child to well older. Gohan has suggested I keep a Journal. Though I have no memory of any life as an adult. I have been told I am actually 30 years old… Wow. I don't remember trying to kill my brother, or being evil or being a cop… I certainly don't remember the guy that de-aged me. I am luckier than the others, being normal human they are re-aging slower. Will my past memories return? No one knows… What I do remember is my dad, Vegeta and the things we have done. I have the best Dad in the world.. Of course I have to admit I am jealous of the twin boy and Trunks always being there. I mean come on. This is my time with him. Today I met another brother named Miari… I liked him… Vampi pointed at me, "Looks like he has grown again." I walked over and looked up at Trunks older twin…. "Who is this? I thought mom had twins…" He said Vampi sighed, "It is Cain, he got de-aged. Cain this is your Older Brother Miari." I ran to him and hugged him, "Oh COOL I have a big Brother! Please call me Cabain, I don't like Cain," I turned and Hugged Vampi…. Twice …. I was going to give her a third hug with a big grin on my face when my brother pulled me away…. I ran upstairs… Miss Bulma was in the shower I could hear her humming… She is one of the prettiest women I know… I went into her room and was inhaling her perfume… She always smells so good I wonder what it would be like to kiss her… "CABAIN!" I …" I couldn't tell Dad why I was there so I ran off to my room… The Twin Boy was there, Why do I have to share a room with him… He was laughing at me… "Someone has a crush on my Mom…" "SHUT UP" I yelled Finally I just knocked him through the wall… [Meanwhile Down stairs, Vampirella gives Miari something… "Cain, delivered this before he went to LA and became a policeman or was de-aged…" Miari opens it, inside is an old watch from the 1800s the letter reads: "I know you do not want me as a part of the family and with what I have recently learned, I have decided to leave. Baby steps.. part 1

I took the gift of my father and wore it under my uniform… Karen has gone to see her sister and my sister, Bra. They are arranging a bridal shower and all the wedding stuff… I have let it know I will not have the wedding until my brother Miari returns, I want to ask him to be my best man, Both Trunks and Miari will share that title. Krissy of course will be the bride's maid and since Karen's father is dead she has asked that Gohan give her away. Karen also wanted to speak with Krissy about Joe Fix-it. She got a call and they went out. Karen worries he will hurt her again. Karen called me from Bra's as soon as she got there. "Vegeta and Bulma broke up… Your father is sleeping at Trunks." "What??" I was surprised… I called and left a message on Trunks phone that is when I finally got through, "I want father to come stay with me! Have him call me." My beeper went off, "or have him come to LA, he can pick up a spare key from Karen" Maybe we can train together and I can talk to him. After all he cares for this human I know he does. When I got in we were quickly brief,. "Listen up… We have a robbery, a weird one… All the hostages has been turned into Babies… The Jewelry store has some highly valuable diamonds. Now Batman from Gotham has told us that recently Mr. Freeze broke out and has put up a reward for anyone bringing him diamonds. All the black and whites that responded so far have been turned into babies." My squad commander stated "Do we know who we are dealing with and how they got turned?" I asked "No Reaper but we are hoping you pull one of your miracles on this one." He stated to me… My partner and I moved out and everyone got into place… I flew up on the roof and dropped 2 SWAT snipers down... They moved in position and I went inside… I could hear the babies crying… Someone was cleaning the place out, he carried what look like a toy gun… He was yelling at one of the people turned into a baby… "Maybe I should kill you… Stop crying or I will zap you into non existence…" At that Moment I realize he was going to kill that person… I used a Ki blast and hit the guy…. "LAPD! STAY DOWN!" He was hurt and zapped me with his toy gun and then hit a button on his hand and vanished with the diamonds, "I will come back for you later!" [Later at the house of Vegeta and Bulma Briefs….. The door rings and a woman opens the door… An elderly woman stands with a baby, "Hello I am with Child Welfare and I am looking for Vegeta." Bulma looks at the baby….. "I can't believe him."]

The Man who killed my mother... part 2 - Reaper LAPD

[A group came in cheering… "Boys Reaper did it again. He saved the hostages without anyone getting killed and apprehended the robbers in record time." Behind the group of men Cain Reaper walked in…] I walked in the door and found my Father, Bulma, Bra, Goten, Gohan and Goku stood staring at me…. "Father?" I said surprised that he was there. A goofy little guy man walked over, "Reaper you going to introduce me to you visitors man." I rolled my eyes as my squad gather around, "Spoon, Guys this is my father; Prince Vegeta, his wife; Bulma; my sister; Bra, her fiancée; Goten, his brother; Gohan, their father; Son Goku… These are the guys of my squad…" "Your squad" Father, Gohan and Goku asked… "Did I hear right? Did I hear that Reaper's father and family is paying us a visit today?" My Squad commander walked up and took Father's hand, "Nice to meet you sir. You must be very proud of that boy of yours. Since SHIELD got everything mucked up crime has been up 125% and steadily rising, but your boy… He has been helping us bring that down… he is the SWATS's new secret weapon against the bad guys. He is one of the finest Police officers I have ever worked with and damn ace of aces when it comes to Special Weapons and Tactics. I checked in my gear, went to my locker and punched out for the day… When I stepped out I could hear the group whispering… Goten looked at me in a way that would of made my comrades think that he was the brother I spoke of often, "Dude, S.W.A.T. WOW! Is that the business you had here in LA?" "No I came to LA to face the man who killed my mother. Shall we go." I stated "Do you like have a badge?" Goten asked and I pulled my badge out and showed him I took them to my apartment in LA… As I said she would be Karen was thrilled… I let Karen play hostess while I took a shower… [While Cain took a shower… Karen brought in a box addressed to Vegeta. ] Karen whispered, "Cain wanted so much for you to have this Vegeta but wasn't sure if you would want it or to want to hear from him…" Karen gave him the box and Bulma nudged him… Vegeta opened the box… Karen smiled, "it's his graduation plaque, the one he got at his graduation. He was so good they put him through a special accelerated program. He really wanted you all to be at his graduation. At first he wasn't going to go because you wouldn't be there. I literally had to drag him… " [Cain walks out and sees everyone at the table… A doorbell rings…..] I was coming out of the bedroom after a shower, my father had been completely quiet. The door buzzer went off and I went to the door… Trunks stood there… "Brother…" I sighed… "Come in." He looked at dad and seemed confused, "Dad I got your message, went to the police station and they seem to think that Cain is a cop …:" "I am .. come on in…" Trunks just stared and I sat at the table… Goku was already digging in to what Karen had cooked… Father looked at me… I realized they all wanted an explanation.. "I was at war with myself and the Vampire. It made me remember things. One was my mother's death as I pictured it, when they told me. I needed to see the policeman who killed her. There was time I would have gone to kill him, but this time… this time I wasn't sure what I intended. I just needed to see his face. ….." I began to explain more….. --- As I walked in the bar he took a quick glance at me and then looked down into his glass, "So you come here to kill me? What took you so long?" I said nothing I just walked up to him… " What are you waiting for?" he said looking up me in a drunken stoop. "You know me?" I asked… "Yeah, you’re the boy of the woman I killed many years ago." He poured himself another drink "They tell me you got kicked off because of your drinking…." I said "Look kid save the lecture, just do what you came to do…" He sneered… "As you wish…. You killed my mother…" I stated… "I want to… I wanted to face you." I took a seat beside him and ordered us both a drink. He looked at me, "I know it doesn't mean anything but if I could have that moment back, could change…. I have regretted that night …. I am so sorry." I could see as his eyes teared up, he was sincere. We talked and he told me he was after a murder that had just killed a boy and his family. Though he didn't excuses his actions, he did explain he was tired from a double shift because of so few good police officers on the force… I saw he was a good cop and that my mother's death was an accident. SO I did what I think she would have wanted and what really he and I both needed…. I forgave him.. He sobered up and we became friends. Then because of the high crime rate hi son who was a beat cop was killed in the line of duty. So I joined the force… He helped me get in and gave me a helping hand, spoke on my behalf… Because I am half Sayian I took to the training better and faster than the Humans, so I was skipped up and placed on an accelerated program… ---- I paused and looked around and then at my father, "I have something for you … If you want it." Karen smiled as I stood, "I already gave it too him." I paused and then told our guest that Karen and I will be marrying soon… As I walked out on the terrace I heard Karen say, "I think that is his way of asking you to attend." Bulma winked at Bra, "Why don't we help Karen with the dishes while the men go out and … talk." Father had already stood and was walking out to me, followed by Gohan and Trunks… Bulma and Bra nudged Goku and Goten… Father walked up to me, I remained silent and did not speak but was bracing myself for him to knock me on my backside..... Or spit on me...
